We are hiring a Production – ITI Fitter who will be responsible for the assembly, fitting, maintenance, and smooth running of production machinery and equipment in our oncology medicine plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and fitting of production machinery and plant equipment.

  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance activities.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of mechanical systems on the production floor.

  • Assist in machine changeovers and timely equipment adjustments.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and GMP protocols during operations.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: ITI – Fitter

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing plants.

  • Sound knowledge of fitting, assembly, and production equipment handling.

  • Ability to work in a regulated, process-oriented environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of GMP, safety, and pharmaceutical production protocols is an added advantage.
