QC Validation Executive

- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Experience: 3–8 Years (preferably in oncology manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform instrumental analysis using HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, IR Spectroscopy, and pH meters in a regulated environment.

Carry out method validation and verification for finished products and raw materials.

Execute analytical method transfer, documentation, and support of regulatory submissions.

Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Conduct routine sampling and testing of Immediate Release Dosage Forms including IR, ER, and SR formulations.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

Prepare and review analytical reports, validation protocols, and other quality documentation.

Support investigations, deviations, and OOS/OOT documentation and resolution.

Ensure compliance with oncology manufacturing guidelines, regulatory standards (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.), and company policies.
Required Skills & Experience:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Quality Control / Validation in a pharmaceutical industry, preferably Oncology segment.

Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV, IR, pH meters is mandatory.

Good knowledge of immediate release (IR), extended release (ER), and sustained release (SR) dosage forms.

Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with regulatory audits and compliance requirements.
