Job description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure our products consistently meet both internal quality benchmarks and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing cycle.

  • Review and validate quality documentation and reports.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide training and support to junior team members regarding quality protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.

  • Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and GMP standards.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
