Job description
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure our products consistently meet both internal quality benchmarks and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Review and validate quality documentation and reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide training and support to junior team members regarding quality protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, regulatory guidelines, and GMP standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
